The Baron™ 490 PRO is equipped with heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids that are fully reversible—one side creates impeccable grill marks, while the other side’s grooved surface captures juices for continuous basting. The innovative Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system enhances heat distribution and protects the burners by vaporizing drippings, which infuse food with authentic barbecue flavor.

Powered by four patented Dual-Tube™ burners crafted from premium stainless steel, this grill ensures even heat dispersion with its tube-in-tube design, producing dual rows of flame per burner for reliable performance. The Linear-Flow™ valves with 180° Sensi-Touch™ control knobs provide precise heat adjustments, while the powerful 15,000 BTU stainless steel rear burner, paired with a premium rotisserie kit, ensures consistent results for rotisserie cooking.
