About the OFYR® Pizza Oven

One of the most popular outdoor cooking units on the market today is undoubtedly the pizza oven. The OFYR® Pizza Oven is designed for wood-fired cooking over your OFYR ® unit, making it an ideal choice for creating exceptionally tasty pizzas. The OFYR® Pizza Oven comes equipped with a convenient pizza scoop, a dual-sided cast-iron plate featuring a pizza stone, and a double steel cloche with a rotatable outer layer for added versatility. The cast iron plate features ventilation holes for efficient heat circulation from the OFYR® Cooking Unit to the pizza oven, resulting in faster heating of the pizza.

The size of the opening between the inner and outer layer can be adjusted by turning the knob on the cloche. As the layers are spaced further apart, greater air circulation and heat are created. The knob on the OFYR® Pizza Oven becomes extremely hot during use, requiring the use of heat-resistant gloves (such as the OFYR® gloves) for safe handling.

The OFYR® Pizza Oven can function as a standard oven, with the pizza stone being placed on the smooth side of the cast-iron plate for optimal results. The textured side of the plate can also double as a grill.

The pizza oven is a complementary addition for use with the OFYR® 85 and 100 cooking units. The grill plate for the Pizza Oven 85 and 100 is designed to perfectly fit its matching cooking unit.
